One challenge Green Butterfly Designs faces is what to do about requests for design services from local environmental organisations who do not have a sufficient budget. Thus the "Design for Free" program was born. In this new program, Green Butterfly Designs clients can elect to add a percentage onto their design project's total cost, which will be reserved to help local conservation groups that can't afford to purchase their design project. By electing to add 5%, 10%, or more to the total cost of your design project, you help to sponsor a worthy project that might not otherwise be realised, empowering local conservation activists to get involved in protecting their natural resources. You can sponsor a project even if you're not ordering a design. Through your generosity, even more local communities can have access to information about protecting the environment! Here's how it works: Local conservation groups submit a design project proposal to Green Butterfly Designs, along with what that they are able to contribute. Some groups may only be able to contribute by promising to conduct an outreach campaign using the materials that the project produces. When enough contributions have been made, Green Butterfly Designs will design, print, and deliver the materials to the group, and the group will submit photographs of the materials in action! Contact us to find out more! And keep an eye on this site to see future sponsored projects! |
